• Payment is processed immediately when placing an order

• Failed payments may result in order cancellation

We ship throughout South Africa using reputable courier services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Issues

Inspect packages upon delivery. Report any damages within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All content on this Site (designs, logos, text, images) is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
