Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your M-Design purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required
• Certain items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at customercare@m-design.co.za with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization
3. Package your item securely and include the original packing slip
4. Ship your return to the address we provide

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@m-design.co.za with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
